The Role

An Excellent Opportunity has arisen within Directional Letting for self employed letting agents to work with their regional offices. Through advertising Directional Letting will generate some leads, however working to targets you will be jointly responsible for sourcing quality leads, cold call telemarketing and generating new business by focussing on providing innovative and creative solutions. The suitable candidates will be responsible for all property related appointments and will be fully supported by a letting negotiator and account manager who will be responsible for all administration relating to the business/properties. As an agent you will be responsible for maintaining an understanding of the letting market and competitor products.

 

Hours are flexible and can be worked full or part time to suite the individual. Working to appointments we can work round your requirements, there is no office time required.

 

The Candidate

Letting/sales/property experience and a car are essential for this role. Enthusiasm and drive coupled with a winning ‘can do’ mentality are imperative.
